ROUGH: In this project the band described their idea and wanted an ancient engravers feel to it. A rough sketch submitted with notes on the tweaks for the final rendition. Not so much concerned with the details yet as with having the band agree on their idea represented. Once approved we'll fine tune the sketch and ink it up traditional old school style. Learn appropriate rough submissions in this series.

In these future columns we will attempt to document the atypical life a horror/ heavy metal illustrator well saddled into career onto it's final destination.
